I think the Aptx LL was about 40 ms… but is not being used as it was replaced in most places by the Adaptive which is ~50 ms. This in contrast to the SBC codec most often used which is ~200 ms. Which is horrible for video or gaming.

It is the processing on both ends that causes the latency. Audio has to be both encoded and decoded… which takes longer than the video codec processing . So we get a delay.

The only wireless headphones that I’ll consider are the ones with aptX Low Latency.
They’re good enough for watching videos or playing video games, but I don’t play twitchy video games that require amazing reaction times. :video_game:

My pump came in today too, better than expected, everything seems to work and very nice option to operate from car with 12v cord.

Amazon’s coupon application is kind of counterintuitive. When you get to the coupon page, (it might be a slider(HAH) toggle near the bottom,) after you paste the code, you have to press the right arrow within the text box. It should show “applied” in green, then you can proceed to checkout or place order.

probably. I finally found on the checkout page where I could add a promo code, and the one listed isn’t working any longer. Not a bad deal with the existing $19 off coupon, but for now I’ll wait and see what else comes up.
