Received a few of my purchased flashlights from Dec period. Boy, I just cannot believe it… After long anxious waiting period… End up almost all of the came with some form of defects.
Am I the unlucky one or it is their common practices?

Wallbuys - Small-sun ZY-T08 (1st time purchase) blunt tailcap screw heads, scratched driver board and many other signs of refurbish unit. Awaiting for 3 more orders :confused:
Banggood - Convoy C8s (1st time purchase)… CS told me shipment problem only after 50days? Refunded, case closed. Received 2 other successful orders.
Tmart - Tangsfire C8 (1st time purchase) on “fire”. LED screwed. Investigation on-going. Another flashlight is under-performed.
Solarforce - L2N (1st time purchase) scratched. Waiting for compensation.

intl-outdoor - misc parts (1st time purchase) perfect. 2nd order placed.
Fasttech - Waiting for orders.

I'm still hoping I get a couple shipments from last fall.

This is normal, i get more defective orders then not

It is kind of depressing. Even small eBay players can do way better than them. I just could not believe it…

I am sick of writing to their customer service and making Paypal claims now.
