Skilhunt H04 can easily be modded, is rather small and inexpensive. And it comes with a good enough driver and LED (519A) by default.

But will it take flattops?
The H04 takes everything: flat top, button top, protected, unprotected.
Maybe Convoy H1.Its more heavy and bulky, driver linear…but cheaper. Or maybe my favorite Boruit D10? ;))
