For a real mule and WITHOUT tint shift, you should get Nichia Optisolis 3030 LEDs.
Very high CRI too, which is always nice.
I would recommend 4000K or warmer tinted.
You’ll just have to find a way to build them into that plastic Utorch.
You can solder them 4 at a time on XM-L LED boards and they can handle up to 1 Watt per LED.
I would recommend running them on 0.5 Watt or a bit more per LED, but i’m always a little conservative with the maximum current.
That Utorch has clear lenses, which may give you some prismatic tint shifting on the outer perimeter of the wide beam.
But you can frost them with sand paper or stick some diffuser film on them.
