Any one have a convoy M21F? Is button supposed to light up when on?

My s21F has the same button and lights up when the light is on but my M21F does not.
Is this normal?

i saw this video and doesn’t appear to be lit, but its such a small detail that could easily be missed on camera.

I think it’s just a charge indicator. Mines not on.
