Yes I have actually thought of that too, but problems is I can’t find a good and cheap 75mm aspherical lens, the only one I know is from DX but from some reviewers from this forum they said that the 75mm from DX has bad quality. Somemore I have two extra 66mm aspherical lens on my hand, need to grind it a bit to fit into the 76LED head though
I bought a couple of 75 and 66mm lens from DX and other places over the past one year. The 75mm lenses are garbage now compare to the old ones I bought, but 66mm ones are still nice.
Another sold out seller. I’m thinking these are probably no longer made. Must have lack of demands. Who really buy these anyway apart from modders… these old multi-leds are just way out of date.
So do you have any recommendation to buy the 75mm lens?

Yes, I ordered the 76LED light from cellphonebeauty. I hope they sent me the right light.
You will have to grid 2mm of optolife 80mm lens because my dx lens is about 78mm and is already a very tight fit. BTW, I don’t have the Optolife lens and I only read here that it looks nice.

That’s incredible. Hopback and I have been in search of this light for over a month and have ordered from every online vendor we’ve found only to have every order cancelled for lack of avaiilability. I’ve just ordered one. Here’s hoping they’ve got a few left and don’t take any license to substitute for another item if they can’t fill the order with one of these.
Just an update for everyone interested: I got a tracking number, but when I checked, the status is “Shipment information received.” So they might not have it in stock and they just updated the status as shipped when they sent the shipping information to the post office. Or it could be that the post office hasn’t updated the status yet.
