I recently found the Customlites web site [Nailbender drop-ins] and see that Dave has some very nice looking and reasonably priced lights. Has any member done a review of any of his lights or do any BLF members own one of his lights? I’m looking at the TC300 as a dedicated thrower and the VG10 or the custom TrustFire EDC for one of my sons.
You got a link to share? A google search for “Customlites web site” comes up with a ton of window sites and “Nailbender drop-ins” comes up with nothing customlites related and mostly CPF links. If I have to dig it’s not worth the look. :~
Of course, just typing “customlites.com” into the browser brings it right up. LOL! 
Yup, they are the same Shadow brand we all know and love here. Very well made lights and top notch. We usually find them at Intl Outdoor or CN Quality Goods
There are lots of good reviews on them here if you search. 
I have a bunch of in for mods on the drivers. They are nicely made lights but only conservatively driven.
Foy has some shadows and wrote reviiews about them.

I've yet to buy a Shadow I didn't fall in love with but like E said, they do tend to be driven rather "safely." Not a bad thing, really . . . . it's just that us flashlight wonks get carried away. For most needs, the reality is that an XM-L pushed to 2 amps is plenty bright.
But, like my pa never said, "life is too short for 2 amps."
