I made a small order on 6/1/13 that is still in "Paid" state, also no response to my email!

It's not looking good. They used to be a good vendor. I sent them an email last week and bumped a couple of their threads. No response yet. That's not as bad as an unshipped order, but it might prevent me from placing orders with them in the future.

gulunan has been responding to me in another thread...like this morning. I haven't received a response from service@lightscastle.com that I sent before their start of business Friday.

I do miss Crystalcai. She was really on the ball. Hopefully gulunan can get to that level.

In case you hadn't noticed, the Sky Ray Kung, aka, Sky Ray 6500, is a new and very popular light right now. Do you think you can add this light for $35 or less? $30 would be fantastic. The lowest price I've seen on ebay so far is $33.60.

I actually received today a email saying that the “order status has been changed to Delivered” so, it’s on its way
