I got looking around and found a South Korean Company (Really Chinese), Hi-Max. This is one of their flashlights, a 3 x U2 :

There seems little to complain about, price is good, the set offers cells that are in the range of possibility. Hi low SOS is a bit odd. I like that its 26650 compatible, its possible that one of the 9a 3x xm-l drivers could be fitted but that depends on the guts. Reflectors seem to be making good use of the head diameter.
