Apparently someone has messaged me and mentioned that my sig is not appropriate. Who else thinks so? I don’t think it is inappropriate, but then again everyone has a right to their own opinion. What do you guys think? Admin you’re more than welcome to chime in.

I like the cartoon, but out of respect for SB and the relative tranquility endemic to BLF I’d prolly nix it. I don’t think it is inappropriate at all personally.

On a flashlight forum. Its just simpler to stay away from politics and religion…
I also prefer clean signatures… Unless they are full of sexy Milla Jovovich, then its ok. 
I am not offended, but one of the nice things about this place is that Doctors, Engineers, Blue Collar, White Collar, unemployed or what ever can come here a talk flashlights. We are all equal here, regardless of what else we believe in, why would we want to muck that up with ideals. One of the biggest problems with the world is that EVERYONE believes that the world would be a better place, if only more people were just like themselves. Some are willing to do something about it. Ironically, even the person that puts a "peace" bumper sticker on their car is being like that, in your face with their ideals.
Anyway, even if there were no more, we would just then be swinging our Maglites at each other.

It’s funny, but our local politics are pretty irrellevant to the rest of the world, where the noun “Liberal” has many meanings, some more descriptively accurate than others.

It is a little big, but IMO, sigs should be capsulated statements (or anything one wants to portray). So many are ready to be offended by absolutely everything. I don’t want to placate those people. As long as it does not spill over into post content or argument, I think it is fine. I wouldn’t be offended by liberal sigs.
I have no idea what your sig was. You removed it before I saw this thread and I can't remember from other threads. How about you post it once in this thread so we can see what we are discussing?

Oh ok, thanks! I agree with him whole heartedly. I pissed off a couple people on FB the yesterday with a post about gun ownership and I really don’t care. I’m fed up with pacifying people and trying to be PC. I already think certain people are a-holes and I don’t care if they think the same of me.

While I agree politics should not be here, your sig is the second one. If the first one was not on that piece of paper this forum may not even exist or at least it wouldn’t have as many members. Let alone use the second for a sig.
Doesn’t offend me a bit but the first one enables me to say that.
