Last night I tried to fix my old light meter with no luck. So I gave it to Duddo for him to chew. Browsed the internet for hours and found this one. Not so budget friendly at USD 143 on Aliexpress, but the accuracy looks good (down to 0,01lx) than most MIC meters. I need to be able to measure slight change in very low current output tests without having to buy more expensive light meter.
This light meter has an USB output for something unexplained in the downloadable manual. If it can record the log data directly to a *.txt file then it would be a great additional features.
Is it worth the price?

Good find! Finally a chinese luxmeter that actually provides a good amount of relevant specs: i.e. 3% accuracy with CIE Illuminant A, 8% spectral accuracy. They seem to know what they are talking about too. If this is all true it is a very good luxmeter.
I ordered one on Aliexpress (still 163 euro  ) in good hope that it is good enough for my throw-measurements, and then leave my expensive one fixed onto my integrating sphere (taking it on and off all the time I fear that I will break it at some point and I can never again afford replacing it).
I bought the Mobilux meter second-hand (hardly ever used but calibration was 5 years old, it has not deviated since I have it though) for 450 euro, new-price is about 1200 :person_facepalming: .
Btw, I just looked for new Extech meters and they have a pretty cool one now: Extech LT45. That model works around the (ok but) imperfect (8% accuracy, main error in the blue region) spectral response by letting the user select for different light sources that give different multipliers: it has a factory-set calibration for several pre-defined light sources but you can enter 4 multipliers yourself as well. Pretty neat if you have access to a calibrated light source!
It is close to 300 dollar though
