I do, and I have trouble accessing BLF because of it.
I sometimes have to reset the router and modem to get on BLF.
The only site I have trouble with is BLF, but I know it's because of Exede.
I hate having to use satellite internet, but it's all that's available where I live, and I'm not moving any time soon.
EDIT: There is a partial solution to this problem in post #4
No, haven’t had experience with that one. My mother has Hughes Net. It’s sucks pretty bad. Slow and expensive.

I had Exede from 2012-2016. I switched when fiber optic was finally available at my house. My overall experience was “ok”
The data speed was around 12-18 mbps, but there was at data cap of 10gb per month. My bill was around $65/month. I see now they offer unlimited data, but I’ll bet the price is higher. I’d recommend them if you want high speed and Exede is the only thing available.
I learned something today.
Exede has their own web browser.
With it, I can surf BLF just fine, though accessing PMs is still a problem.
Here's the link for users of Exede:

You don’t have DSL where you live? I thought DSL was pretty much everywhere now.
Nope.
I wish we could have DSL!

I thought all the switches across the US were now digital on land lines. Guess there are a few hanger’s on in some rural areas.

According to this, ATT reneged on the agreement, where in exchange for the FCC to approve the Bell South merger, they would have 100% of the country covered for DSL.

We switched from AT&T DSL to Exede. We went from an unusable 765 connection to around 10MB. AT&T was so bad I have a pending FCC complaint filed against them. This is a business account so the bill is around $150 p/m. I know in March they were supposed to have a new satellite for better speeds but I never heard if it actually happened.
Anyway no issues accessing BLF.
You use Exede with a normal browser and don't have any problems?
I wonder what my problem is.

I use Chrome, no problems.
Luckily the Viasat Browser is based on Chrome, so it performs almost like Chrome.
The weird thing I have noticed so far is that there is built-in ad blocking that I cannot seem to disable.
For most sites, I block ads, but the ads on BLF don't bother me so I like to be able to see them.
I have Exede and have been trying to put in my 2 cents worth but couldn’t come aboard. How ironic, right? I use the Firefox browser and I’m able to participate freely here about 95% of the time. At times I simply cannot read or respond to any thread. Tonight has been one of those times. I always thought it was a problem with the BLF site and I was surprised that nobody complained about it. Clearly I was mistaken. Now lets see if I can post this…….
