Are Kaidomain Nichia 219B emitters any good?

I installed a ‘Nichia NVSL219AT-H1 4500K, 92 CRI, B10 Bin’ on 10mm MPCB from illumination supply into my singfire SF-348 and I think I may be addicted. Are the kaidomain nichia 219B emitters any good or are they falsely labeled? I can’t seem to find a clear answer by searching.

If you didn’t see these yet, they might help:

I think the jury is still out on whether they are truely 92CRI, but I know I and several other memembers here really like them. You can get 5 for $13.3 here:

I had one I put into an F13, bought last summer, but it de-domed itself after using it briefly a few times, I guess it overheated. The result was a terribly blue-white-UV.

I also have a couple of the KD Nichias in zoomies, and they’re fine so far — the ones with the thicker (1.5mm) base. I really like the output from them.

What drive current?
I’ve been considering putting IS 219As into stuff just because they are cheap and I’d like to see what a 219A can do when driven at a decent current.

I like the 219B a lot more than the 219A. It has a slightly cooler, whiter tint even in the same tint bin. The older model always looked just a tiny bit yellow to me, while the newer model looks more pure white. Also, the new ones are capable of significantly higher output with less risk of overheating.

I don’t know if the KD ones are the same as what we get from more premium stores, but I have a KD 219B triple and it gives me nothing to complain about. It maxes out at just over 1800 lumens and has very nice tint.
