Decided to get myself a present and to get a Armytek Predator X v.2 XM-L
Ordered from armytek.com , a Canadian company with a nice Canadian flag on their website.
They advertise Free DHL worldwide shipping.
What a surprise to have FedEx deliver the package, with a nice 37$ “customs” fee.
The flashlight got shipped from china.
I was very very disappointed
I refused the package and requested a refund.
Will see how it goes, ill update the post.

I think Armytek has a some doc or waiver they can provide. I have a 2nd on the way and if it makes it to my doorstep no way its leaving..lol

you're Canadian living in Canadia, Armytek is Canadian too, you order from them, they ship off China, and you get to pay customs omfg.

yeah, that does suck big time. for that price, they ought to have them in hand IN canada, at the very least. and a nice note that says “Made in China. Shipped from China” at the top.

When it gets straightened out, have them send you an xp-g2 version. Lose 100 lumens for double the throw!
Just tell them to mark the value as 10 $. Anything over 60 and you have to pay.
