Hi all.
I’m looking for advice for a fairly technical but not extremely technical book on light (physics of), perhaps even specific to LEDs, that deals with those aspects of light that are constantly discussed on this forum? Usually when reading a review of an led I often interrupt to look up the various technical aspects on wikipedia… I would love to have a good book to put on the bookshelf and consult when needed…

Well, this wont answer your question but if your main goal is to learn then the Internet is your friend. There is no way a single book or even several dozen can capture the diverse information found on the Internet.
You can start with Wikipedia, that alone is exceptional information.
Not to mention, information on the Internet is dynamic meaning constantly updated. There is no book that can match that.
