Asking for YJP 7135 driver

I have a little question. Do you all know the 7135 driver that marked YJP on top of PCB ? Beside 7135, they have a small part with 3 terminal. Think they are mosfet. And the MCU, i found that’s not a AVR family, the gnd and vcc pin is wrong. I think there was a PIC based. Just want to confirm that a PIC or not, and what is the small IC part. I tried to flash it as the way im done on attiny13, but maybe final i got 2 brick driver. Thank everyone.

I haven’t seen that driver before, so it’s unlikely that I can help, but are there any type numbers on the MCU or the possibly-MOSFET?

I will warn you up front that connecting a programming clip with Vcc and GND on the wrong pins can completely destroy an MCU, so you may well have fried it already.

Thank you Sir.

On mosfet i see marked c73a, but nothing ontop of MCU. Im desoldered mcu, see pad connection and what i got exactly PIC connect. Pin 1 for VCC, pin 8 for GND, no resistor divider,

I was afraid of that. Unfortunately, that means I have nothing useful to tell you.
