Banggood China

Has anyone ever ordered anything from Banggood in China before? I just ordered a Astrolux MF01S from them and I’m just wondering how long it usually takes to receive your package once you have placed an order.

It depends on the shipping option you choose.

Mine takes 2 weeks on the off-season on the cheapest option.

Ok thanks, I was just wondering cause I’ve never ordered anything from them before.

Your mileage will vary though. I live relatively close to China.

Depends if it was in stock when ordered as well

Depends a lot on item. If it shows ship in 24 hours. Most of the time it ship next day or another.

For my location. It will take roughly about 10-14 days to reach me. As fast as 9 days for my experience.

Take note and be warned. If item shows ship in more than 10 business days. I will skip or wait til there are in stock(ship in 24 hours).

Depending on where you are, shipping can take up to 1 or 3 months. My record is 10 weeks.

I suggest watching your order to see when (if) it ships. If it doesn’t ship within whatever time period you consider reasonable, cancel the order and request a refund. I waited two months and my order of 3 folding knives hadn’t yet shipped, so I canceled. But I could see some people forgetting altogether that they’d ordered, and the retailer has the money in their account, but do they ever get around to shipping the merchandise. (What a great business model, eh?)

I suggest the opposite! order it, if it hasn’t arrived on your doorstep in 6 weeks, start a Paypal case (another 3/4 weeks) and let them deal with the sacks of poo :sunglasses:
If you start watching tracking numbers and movement you will end up upset and distressed, and probably wound up like a spring. Basically just forget about it until it comes, if it doesn’t act decisively and don’t pussyfoot around. Bangood/gearbest etc will usually do all they can to play for time and wriggle out, and get into a email battle over another few weeks. They WONT listen to you, but they WILL listen to Paypal - my experience, for what it’s worth.

You’re asking for trouble ordering anything from China at this time of the year. You have 11-11, Christmas, and the Chinese New Year back to back. Personally, I avoid ordering anything from China from November until mid March. Couple that with the ongoing political strife going on in Hong Kong, where huge amounts of Chinese goods are shipped out of, continuing restrictions on lithium ion batteries, and you have a recipe for either long delays or canceled orders. If you’re from the US, it’s best to order your batteries locally even if it means spending a couple extra dollars. Just my opinion, take it or leave it!

The last order I had with them was pretty quick. It took 16 days from China to my door in Pennsylvania. I thought that was pretty reasonable.
