Same with me. 15/11 they shipped my order, this morning when I tracked it the status was returned to shipper. Then I have a chat with CS and he said that it was logistic problem. He give option to refund or reship, I choose to reship and he said ok he will arrange to reship my order.
Two hours later, there’s email from BG said that the flashlight that I ordered is out of stock. What the &%S#??
