I got my battery box for 4*18650’s from Banggood.
It has a large crack down the side of it though, and this is really terrible since this is supposed to be waterproof, I tested it still just to see and of course water got right into it.
The packaging it came in was just two bags, no padding whatsoever.
I’m going to be contacting BG about getting a replacement…I hope it goes well.

I did just that, they offered my $4.00 back, on the $11.39 I spent. I am a bit offended.
I told them since it is unusable to me because it is no longer waterproof, I want a full refund.
Does the electronics inside still works?
No padding?? I guess they should be called ‘Bang-it-good’ instead of banggood …

I couldn’t get the electronics inside to work either, this was after letting it thoroughly dry.
Since it’s not waterproof anymore it’s completely useless to me.
I mean it’s not entirely their fault since it was most likely just damaged in shipping, but it should have had some sort of protection besides a plastic ziploc baggy and the super thin plastic outer bag.
Nope tell them you want a replacement, full refund (be prepared to ship it back) or you will open a paypal dispute
Failure of packaging is almost 100% of the time 100% the sellers fault. There are times sorting machines or careless handling is responsible, but absent adequate packaging the carriers could not be expected to deliver it undamaged.
