Best Copper EDC Light?

Hello all. This is my fist post. I was referred here by Advanced Knife Bro. I’m looking for the best copper edc light money can buy. Google searches have not been turning up much of interest. I currently have a foursevens copper prion and I love it, but I would like something with a little more power. My only requirement is that I like clicky not twisty. I appreciate your opinions and feedback.

My choice would probably be a Olight S mini CU. https://www.olightstore.com/olight-s-mini-cu
Or a Olight S1A baton CU then there’s a 18650 version the S2.
If you like a 18650 EDC its gonna be hard to beat a Convoy S2+ CU for the price.
The second patch is supposed to release in about 2 months if you can wait that long. Copper S2+ limited edition
Just my 2 cents .

Best money can buy in what way?

Most technologically advanced? Probably the Oveready Boss. Best machined/metal art? My vote goes to the Hanko Trident. There’s some measure of opinion in that to be sure, but I do believe they’re some of the best made, cleanest flashlights anywhere.

Thanks for the recommendations. I am a big olight fan but their s1a cu is no longer available. The convoy looks good, however I’m not sure I would wait two months for it.

My preferences would be an all copper build, small and light enough for edc, around 100-200 lumens, memory mode, clicky switch, sexy design but not a piece of art. Price is of no consequence. I would like it to be something that is readily available for purchase, rather than something I have to sit on a list for months to buy. Hope this helps narrow it down for you guys.

Some people use 18650 flashlights for EDC, others use 10180.

Also you need to specify stuff like colour temperature, CRI, efficiency, throw, etc etc etc

I know you said you want something in stock and I get that, but really, if cost truly is no issue to you then consider waiting on (or working for) the Hanko or Oveready. If you’ve got the money, they’re worth the effort.

I don’t know enough to answer most of these questions. I don’t want the ladies to do a double take when they see me walking around with it in my pocket, so an 18650 is probably too large. I was thinking around a AA or 2xAAAs or the LI equivalent. Color and temp aren’t really important to me.

With a AA battery, I’m still leaning towards a S1A as my choice. Brand new on flea bay. I give her a 14500 battery though.

Ok well, you’re looking for a 14500 or 18350/16340 size flashlight.
The Olight S mini CU is the one I would get.
Other options include the Manker Timeback Copper, Klarus Mi1C copper, Jetbeam Jet II Copper, Sunwayman T16R Cu, Lumintop Tool Copper, etc.

I’ve just ordered one of these for modding so can’t vouch for it yet but it looks good for the price stock.
Also available in brass or 18650 version .
