Hi, I’m planing a mod with the Triple(parallel) nichia 219a from Kd. I would prefer a driver that uses pwm so the tint does not change when dimming and also be able to deliver 4.5+ amps the leds combined, any help appreciated.
Me too , I modded Triple(parallel) nichia 219a from Kd 
I mod for 1 cell use AMC7135 3040mA
If I will mod for 4.5A+ I will use 2 cells and buck driver for this mod , because of Hi Vf of Nichia.
Those new '92 cri' 219b's at KD are a bit colder coloured but really nice. Their advantage is a much lower Vf, you can almost get at 4.5A on a single cell with a nanjg 105c with a couple of chips stacked.
problem is constant current drivers tend to change the tint of of the leds when you use lower modes. I’m planing on using the FT FandyFire SC02 as a host(single 18650).
