I will give you a hint,The Crespelles are rolled up and Locatelli cheese and Black pepper are put inside.

A beautiful place.I have been there 3x. My family is from Marche region which borders Abruzzi.
A Region is similar as to what Counties are in USA.
The Tronto river divides the Two regions at the Southern end Of Marche and the Northern part of Abruzzi.
A lot of Earth Quakes in that area the last 1year or so very close to where a lot of my cousins live,Ascoli Piceno,San Martino and Acquasanta.
