My neighbor wants to buy some additional lights and asked me what the “best” flooder is under $30. I ran through the first 25 pages and I saw the C12 and the Convoy L4. He has some C8s so something to that would work. Any advice on what he should buy would be appreciated. (and which vendor) Thanks BLFers.
If you can spend a little bit more money, the Sky Ray King is an excellent flooder for its price.
I used to EDC a HD2011, which was a great flooder as well.
