Best multiple battery 21700 torch?

I’m looking for a new torch in the £50 to £60 range that uses multiple 21700 batteries and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations at all?

The MS18 and R90TS uses 8x21700 but it’s in a battery pack so not swappable. I’m waiting for a square tube 4x 21700 similar to the Nitecore Concept 2. Due to the square shape, it would be even smaller in diameter than a 4x18650 round tube.
