I have the Astrolux MF02, and I’m very happy with it - great thrower
If you already have signed up with M4DM4X, he has a code for it which will make it much less that $100 from Banggood.

Sillen and CNCman have both recommended the Haikelite MT07S-HI XHP35 which I believe is a fantastic torch as well - at an unbelievable price.
I don’t have one to compare with the Astrolux, but I have the MT07S XHP70 which is a flooder, and excellent quality.

I think mF02 is very hard to beat, maybe that imalent is a bit better if under 100$ i guess also a good choice.

So final decision made… I have ordered Emisar D1S for rifle light and Niwalker BK-FA30S vastro for best thrower under 100 $… Now one of the longest waitings in life… really looking forward to test them… Thanks a lot for advice

You dont specify how far you want to throw or how big a light you’re willing to carry…
Lowesy price and smalles package, you cant go wrong wih tje Emissar D1S. Light, cell and charger should total $55 or less. Great concentrated thrower amd nice UI.
I am absolutely sold on the Lumuntop ODL20C. It smokes the Manker and Utorch from which it started.great build qiality, nice features, excellent performance. $52 with a code. Add a $8 liitokala Li50 26650 battery and you have a great light for $60!
A little larger, the Astrolux MF02 and MF02S. They are both high performers and can be had for $82 and $94 respectively. You’ll need a 4 bank charger and four Sony VTC6 cells so now youre over $100 but the Two Astrolux are hard to beat.

Not very practical though. But then again, what do you expect with an extreme LED thrower doing > 1 mcd.

Here are some search results, i figured i’d better do it this way from now on as i have been posting quite a lot of direct seller links (some are commericial users here some are not), and that could cause some problems.

If you are living around South East Asia or Taiwan or HK, AU/NZ then you are in luck as there are forwarders or BuyForMe agents serving there. I believe there are agents in USA as well.

Shipping to here is around usd 6 per kilogram step for such electronic goods which are considered to be “sensitive”. It used to be even cheaper prior to this year (2018) when the restrictions were more lax, only usd1.30 per 500g step, and i have shipped a couple of small lights and quite a few NiMH/NiZn batts for my kids toys.

If you already have a Mateminco/Astrolux tube body then it’d be even cheaper. There will be discounts on 11/11 in the store, i have asked the store’s customer service already, just a matter of how much.
