Best way to blow $10 ??

Ok, so I'm talking cheap, really cheap. What's your favorite pick for a 18650 $10 flashlight? Technically you have $10.99 to spend.

My first 18650 light was this cheap little zoomie. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Tactical-Zoomable-Flashlight-Torch-CREE-LED-300-Lm-Lamp-/280581076333?pt=US_Flashlights&hash=item4153ef756d

I have to say I have been very happy with it and it still works even after a lot of use, and being dropped in the sand and water at the beach.

Sorry to report that you had better luck with that light than I. My example had a very poor quality lens with defects, and only pulled between 0.67A and 0.82A on high. The body and switch are of very good quality, however.

My sub-$10 gem is the Sipik-68 and the clones thereof. I wrote a thread about it at the other site (pre-crash), and it converted quite a few to the Gospel of the Finite Wallet....

I'm very pleased with my protected 3100s, BTW. Noticing about 100mAh more capacity after 3 full cycles. Thanks again !!!

Nice light for the price.

This, its 19 cents over your $10.99 budget including delivery but well worth it. And the seller is a highly trusted ebay outlet. You won't get a better 18650 light for the price.

even though its a knock off, and not cr123... im very happy with this light. i bought a second. with 3.7v it is bright, and its got a very clean beam

xxllmm4 asks, "What's your favorite pick for a 18650 $10 flashlight?", why all the other cell suggestions?

The Sipik clones are nice under $10 when run with a 14500 cell.

I just modded mine with an R5 led and 1540Mah driver with the 14500 cell and its definitely in another league now.

I'll vouch for the seller. I received my Trustfire X9 a week after ordering! The condition is excellent.

That was my first 18650 light. It has a fair share of well earned battle scars. It's been used for gun light (predator control) the poor thing has been in snow mud water and even took a 20' fall from my tree stand. It should not be working but for some reason it is. The only issue with it is the tail cap threads are bad. My fault for not lubeing. A piece of tape or plastic wrap around them and it's back in business. They should rename it (Timex) for some reason keeps on ticking.

Better yet Timefire.

Wow $10.99 ... oh dear !

You should consider adding $4.01 and make it $15 shipped , far more options ... But , found two ...

I seem to remember seeing a similar thread which cost me money.

I agree with old. Make it $15.50 and you can get a 502b xml from Manafont.

501b for $13.99

Woo hoo! So what is it, one $10 hooker-bot or ten $1 hooker-bots?

That kinda reminds me of a joke. Johnny asks a hooker how much for 30 mins? She says $100. Johnny says " I will have 3 mins worth then!"

VFMaddict, thats funny I was just looking at that today for the first time and thinking wow, for that price its got to be about the best deal going or a pile of junk lol. Maybe I could talk them down the $0.19?

It just makes my life easier when I can tell my wife it was only Ten Bucks

Chicago X, I have had a few other people say the same thing. I may throw one in the charger for some back to back cycles and see what happens.

A close-up enlargement of the pill picture shows it to be solid so its modable at a later date although should have decent throw to start with. Given this one can't go that far wrong for a 40mm head host at $11.18p or less

Well I went for the

5w 5 Watt CREE LED 300 Lm Torch Lamp K5

I must say I do enjoy the hunt for a good super cheap flashlight!

For just under $10, I love this light (uniquefire AA-S1)...it's one of my most used and has a great, floody beam and nice tint...ymmv.
