So i made another order from Gearbest to replace my old one that went missing that order was my first missing shipment from Gearbest out of about 20!
The shipping time was about average it may be a little faster if i would have used Australia post option. But i got the free tracking with Netherlands post so the order was placed on the 9th of may 2016 and i received the items on the 25 may 2016 so just a tad over two weeks also note i placed the order on the 9th but at like 11pm!
The order consists of these items so the package had a little padding on it not the mostā¦
Liitokala Lii - 500 LCD Battery Charger This item came working and with an Australian adapter even though i did not ask for it! the box was a little bent nothing major,

4 x US18650 VTC5 2600mAh 30A 3.7V 18650 Rechargeable Li-ion Battery. look at these! just look in awe they are perfect not one marks or scratch and they came in a proper case! It looks like i took them straight of the factory line! These came @ 3.55 volts

3.7V 2500mAh 18650 Rechargeable Li-ion Battery ( INR18650 - 25R ) These also came in a proper case and they look perfect they came at 3.60 volts with no marks or scratches what so ever! Mind you i did slip while putting one in the charger and now its scratched! I have a tear in my eye.

Now the packages even come with a customer satisfaction card! I would say i am extremely happy with this order

After buying my LG HG4 and they came looking a little worse for wear i was a bit a worried about the batteries but it seems the shipping department have fixed up their procedures. They probably could use a little more wrapping around the whole package but that is it! It is a huge improvement!
Yeah but they ask me if i want $2 credit store and i say no, they even say the light is back ordered.
No wonder gearbest got rank avoid from BLF.
I told them send me the light or full refund my money because i donāt want to get credit store
Make certain to specify āPayPal Refundā, and keep a close eye on the ticket. They replied to mine a while back with a copy paste giant long message and in the middle was something like āif you donāt respond in x days we will refund you in Gearbest funny bucks!ā They tried that multiple times until finally issuing a PayPal refund 2 weeks after opening the ticket.
Good to see they upgraded their Liion packaging. I too had a sad batch of cells arrive all dirty and loose in a bag a while back. Hopefully they do the same upgrade to all liion orders now.
For my recent order of a pair of LG chocolates, the batteries were posted inside a protective 18650 plastic case, BUT the envelope has a very thin padding that the case arrived with a crack on a corner.
I would prefer GB to use some bubble wrap before shoving it inside the envelope.
Nevertheless, it is a much better experienced than the smudged-with-ink $3/pc of Samsung 30Q that came inside zipper-lock plastic bag without any padding at all.
GB has no problem of straight away publishing my review with my comment on the crack plastic case, so I would give them a :+1: for this.
Try posting a negative review on the COMETA over at BG, and Iām sure your review will vanish into thin air
^ I think it has been a while since GB changed the way they packed li-ion batteries for shipping.
IIRC, my previous orders of some NCR-GAs and LG greens, dated 2-3 months ago also came inside hard platic cases, or I just got lucky. Lol!
