Had a sickening moment earlier as the Darth rolled off the dining table and onto the stone floor!
Picked it up expecting to see damage….none visible, excellent, lets just turn it on to check it still works……NOTHING!!! Not even a glimmer.
Only one thing to do, open it up and hope its something obvious 
The inductor on the driver board is quite large and is not supported in any way other than by the two wires soldered to the pcb. One of these solder joints had failed.
The inductor is now firmly anchored with a dollop of epoxy and the wires resoldered, I recommend that anyone else who has a Darth to open it up and glue the inductor down, as Im sure this accident will happen again…
