BLF A6 Nichia 219c

I got a Nichia 219c from mtn today, I was going to put it in an Eagletac D25C TI but I figured I’d end up tearing a good light up. So…I decided to put it into one of my A6s, not that they are not good lights, they are just easier to get into, lol. I took the XP-L with 1A tint out, put heavier gauge wire on the driver and slung the 219c in. At first, I used a protected cell that only puts out a max of 10a and it worked out fine, just wasn’t bright enough…so…I put an Efest 35a in it and she ran on all modes without a hitch. I really like the tint of this light. It does get a little hot though. I’ll check amps and all the modes tomorrow and post back. Here’s a few pics of a “Dale Double Spring Bypass” 1A vs. 219c. All in order from level 1 to 7.

Cool stack of question marks.

Lol, for some reason I was having a hard time getting pictures to show up…has never happened to me before.

That’s a gorgeous tint. Looks like a warm spring day.

Umm… something’s off. You may want to recheck, those numbers are very very high.

Yep, that would be my meter using skills. I removed that post, I’ll post the right numbers later…hopefully any way.

Would love to see the data!!! :cowboy_hat_face:
