Hi I do love torches, lanterns ect however I am not a collector.
I purchased about 2 years ago the blfq8 and I think it’s the only flash light I’ll ever need I also own the lt1 lantern also fantastic.
How long is the blf likely to last before say the led kicks it ect .
I mean it looks like it was built to last a lifetime.
If it’s not defective from the factory it will easily last longer than most humans do.
It’s a great light. High mode is driven at 2.7 amps, as I recall, so it may last for…practically forever since it’s not overdriven.
You bought well. Wish everyone was that wise.
