BLFer Alert: Bad Service from Keygos.com!

Back on August 23rd, I ordered two lights for old friends who were partial to Keygos. I anxiously ordered from the site hoping to get the best deal. When 27 days went by and no package, I contacted them and they promptly responded and told me to “contact ebay.” I explained I bought it from them directly, at which point they asked for the order number. No problem. I gave them the confirmation number and they tell me it should be there and I should wait longer.

At 32 days, I contact them again. Still no package. They AGAIN tell me to contact ebay, I remind them I bought from them, and then I get asked for the confirmation number. I give it, and they ask to confirm shipping address—the address is correct, but NO package. This time, I don’t get a reply at all (I guess it was because I asked for a refund). Two more emails, no reply.

I open a Paypal case, asking again ever-so-curteously for a refund. STILL no reply. I email them again. Finally, a reply comes 3 days later and we go around on what has been asked already in this cycle of utter futility! Last night, I warned them I’d be escalating this to a claim today, and still no response. I am about to escalate this further. Ug! I have run out of patience!

Yeah, I’ll never buy another light from Keygos. Bought a 26650 light from them with an adapter for 18650, the adaptor was too small to handle any of about 8 different brands of 18650 I had, the o-ring around the lens was also too small and couldn’t be made to fit properly. After about 5 or 6 emails I gave up. They are always right and you don’t know what you are doing according to them.
