Bought this headlamp, Headlamp and worked pretty good for a few short uses, then all of a sudden while it was on, the main beam went from bright, down to maybe 20-25 lm, if that much. I thought it might be a battery issue, so recharged them, but still is dim. The two lights on the sides, are still good to go, but can’t figure out why the main bean went dim.
Any thoughts? If it has to do with checking circuits, I might as well give up… not that smart. I guess I could use it as a moonlight mode and the outside lights if I needed more light.
You got it from Tmart, who are famous for flaky stuff in my experience.
Contact them and tell them it failed and you want an exchange for a good one.
They’re pretty good about exchanges.
You might have to exchange several times before you get a good one, again, in my experience.
Tmart asked to return the product and must pay for shipping
For me, I NEVER order from tmart again
If you paid with Paypal, do a dispute.
