BRAVO,BRAVO to Wurkkos.๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

My FC13 worked for about 2 and 1/2 days and then got progressively worse in about 4 or 5 hours. By the end the only thing that worked was on and off and Moonlight mode. The rest of all the options, programming was nill.

I sent them a message and emailed them a video. The gentleman named Eric replied back.

He just sent me another email and said he showed it to the technical support and they said itโ€™s a faulty driver and they will be issuing me a new :flashlight:.

I expressed my concern about the cost of shipping that back to China versus the value of the light. It wouldnโ€™t be worth it and I should not be penalized for receiving a faulty light. Apparently he agreed with that to my delight.

Two other Chinese companies I could think of didnโ€™t do that and refused to do that. It Would have been about $75 to send this Haiklight back. I donโ€™t remember the model for Haiklight but it had four LEDs and took eight batteries.

I Canโ€™t recall the light from banggood but it was about $35 to send that back.

I terminated business with banggood and Haoklight forever.

Iโ€™m very pleasantly surprised and impressed with Wurkkos.:ok_hand::+1:

A few beam shots the first night I had it. There was a lot of bugs and humidity in the air. Iโ€™m sure Iโ€™ll get better ones on a cooler night.

3 Thanks

I forgot to add that I really do like this light. Itโ€™s a great dog walking light with a lot of power. I can get about 2 minutes of Turbo before the thermo step down sets in. The handle isnโ€™t that hot and uncomfortable at that point itโ€™s the head thatโ€™s scaldingโ€ฆ I have it set at 70c.

Those run time numbers will improve as the temperatures drop in the months to come.

It was 79ยฐ on my loft. Tail stand. No fan. I was able to run it for 1 minute and 40 seconds before thermal step down kicked in.

My cumulative Max runtime with a Molicel P28A button top was 11 minutes with a voltage of 3.65 volts.

On the trail the light is on a low COOL DOWN MODE for ~60% of the time and turbo ~40% of the time. That means Iโ€™ve gotten 22 to 25 minutes out of each battery.
