Who currently sells the brightest budget priced P60 drop in?
I prefer three mode (no blinkies) set up for 4.2V and I’m open on tints.
I have one of these from intl-outdoor and like it. (Mine is XM-L not XM-L2)
I’m also aware that SKU 5720 at Manafont has been considered a great bang for the buck drop-in, but a couple of reviews on their site indicate perhaps its not what it used to be.
Any others I should consider?

imo not really worth it for the money the intl out door one you listed is the biggest bang for the buck and has a good driver
intl-outdoor one is great.
This one will take up to 8.5 V giving you some battery options.
The runtime at 1.5A is overrated 230 minutes for that Crelant one.
It's a shame because for the best prices around, it's $12 in parts to get a XM-L2 U2 1A/copper, 2.8A or higher amps, full P60 pill for all major components: IOS: $5.97 for emitter/star, FT: $3.50 for driver and extra 7135's, FT $2.25 for empty P60.
My last P-60 from M/F was this one for 7.50 on that BLF deal last month — reg price 12.00.

I get 2.75a on a T/F flame.
It’s not quite as bright as a 2.95a 105c but it’s close.
