Don’t know about direct drive or regulated, what are the pro’s and cons of each please ?
Also I want the pure white white colour not the dim incan type colour is that Cool white or neutral white please.

Going direct drive will yield a brighter output on turbo, but there will be no power regulation and so output will gradually dim. Going regulated gives constant output in every mode and is still nutty bright, but with better heat management. If you go turbo, you will have PWM in all modes except high. So the best bet if you aren’t going to mod it is to get the regulated CW version.
+1 - Yes, BTU driver in CW is what you want (regulated driver, whitest color). With the Shocker, the DRY driver (direct drive) isn't that much of an advantage, in fact it gives you only 2 mins on turbo while the BTU driver gives you 3 mins on turbo. I've tested/measured both the BTU driver and DRY driver versions as stock lights and not much of a difference (don't have the #'s with me). I think mod'ed, you get a bigger advantage from a direct drive driver using heavier gauge wires and copper stars.

Thanks for the feedback, I will get the regulated version then, in CW, I have both CW and NW in SRK but find myself always grabbing the CW when going out, even though I hated it at first!!
