I would say Lumintop store in AliExpress! They still have the Worms, the Tool AAA and the new EDC01 (smaller than Worm)

Keep an eye on Amazon, they will throw the Tool AA with the extra magnetic tail cap and a battery for $17.99. I picked mine up when they had it on flashsale once for $14.99 but I hadn’t seen that since. Otherwise Ali as MascaratumB recommended is the way to go. Although check out M4DM4X’s website for some good deals as well.
