C_K modded EA8 for sale- dedomed XM-L2 does 154kCd!

I have three lights for sale today, hoping to move them quick, I need to place a large restock order for components from digikey and dont have the fund's for everything I need. I'm posting from my phone so please excuse any typo's.

EA8 is all that remains!

First up is a nitecore EA8 I just got last week, I like it but it doesnt do anything better than other light's I prefer so after a quick mod its back for sale. I replaced the XM-L T6 with an XM-L2 U2 1A and focused it properly, no other mod's. This light does 830Lm and throws 152kcd! (Well over double stock with no loss of lumens over stock)

A lot of people complain about the heatsinking (or lack there of) on these but I can assure you this light heat's up quick and doesnt suffer much heat sag at all. It can be ran on 4 or 8AA's (with no difference in output, only runtime). As usual extremely high Nitecore quality and a beautiful perfect reflector and AR glass lens. Includes light only, no accessories (tho I do have a holster if you want, please let me know cause I have other uses for it but if you want its yours). Asking $80 $75 shipped CONUS.

Note $75 is really my hard limit, under that and I'm loosing to much money, get it cheaper than a new one with 3x the performance and support one of your BLF modders while you're at it. FYI money from these lights isnt going into my pocket or to buy my kid's xmas or another hobby or for me to get a new toy, it's being used strictly on funding more project's including open source BLF projects like BU_CK and others, this work is VERY VERY expensive to say the least.

Next is my personal Yezl Y3, this one is has the AR lens that was an add-on in the recent group buy. This light has one of my 17dd_PIC drivers running the Ultimate Flashlight Code (a very easy to use with UI with single click for on and off at any time and a 1-100% visually linear ramp, also has a speed ramping strobe (including a randomized strobe step) and 5 user config options plus several short cut's to different levels. SOLD

Please see my driver thread for a full description of the UI and how-to video's (it may seem complicated at first by the description but I promise you its very easy to learn and very intuitive to use)

This light does 1450Lm and 275kcd! A simply amazing thrower that easily reaches well over 1km (to F1 standard "moonlight"). The side switch has a green LED below that is on whenever the tail switch is on (even when turned to standby with the side switch), also the tail switch is a forward click (notice the blue boot) and thus allows momentary operation in ANY level you set (also the side button allows true momentary operation) again please see the videos / description for how it all works. The XP-L V5 2A in this one is focused by being raised up with a copper disk pressed into the pill, excellent thermal properties, can run for extended periods on high with no issues.

Dedomed XP-L is perfectly centered and focused (I spend lots of time focusing it taking reading after reading, it's as good as it can possible be!)

Asking $50 shipped CONUS for this one.

Finally today is a cheap light I bought as a potential host for my next killer lumens light but it wasn't a viable host option for what I needed. This is a clone of a Maxtoch DX21 called an LZZ-01 from fasttech. This light also has A BLF 17dd_PIC with the same UFLC as above and functions identical, it has one XM-L2 U2 1A and one XM-L2 S6 7D3 (2900k 90+CRI) both on noctigon's. This light actually has a pretty good thermal path with integrated shelves in the head. It makes 1680Lm, its NOT a thrower, only about 11kcd total. Would be a great bike light. Note this light has plastic lenses and I wasnt able to source glass lenses that would fit, it takes 30x1mm lenses, I could find 30mm diameter but only in 2mm and there arnt a lot of bezel threads so I doubt they'll fit. Notice the clear tail switch boot. SOLD

This light wont at all work for what I needed (already found something that will- a nitecore Cx6 series that is MUCH better in every way) so I just want it gone, asking $35 shipped. With the host costing $25 I'm actually loosing money on this, I just dont want it at all and would rather see it used by someone than sit here in with my other crap not being used.

Y3 sold. Thanks.

Bumpity

Awesome lights CK!

dam, the day i forgot my cell phone, i missed out on a sale. i woulda swooped up on that y3 in a heartbeat.

ck, can you check your pm’s

Bump, good price.

Bump for a few cool lights and a modder that is really pushing the hobby into new territory.

Bump.

275 kcd is very very good for a 54mm reflector light!

Wow thanks for all the free advertising guys!

If all goes as planned computer will be back up today and I can get back to it. For now price drop on the EA8 to $75. You will not get another AA powered light with this output and the 4p2s arrangement is really nice allowing 4 cell use.

free bump

EA8 is the only one left, I really like this light and its ability to produce full output on only 4 cells. I wouldnt mind keeping it if it had a tail clicky but when it comes down to it I need the money to fund other projects and R&D. Price drop to $75 shipped, you really cant get this performance out of an AA light for this price anywhere else!

At last LZZ-01 is taken.
Sometime I think you should try to sell at other place, I mean it.
This is controversial, but looking at some of Chodes sale too, imo deserve more interest. May be if list it in CPF’s Custom & Modified Flashlights will get different response.
Surely not all mod get good response there (like your RGBW thrower) but still worth a try.
