BTW, there are some nice HP calculator aps available for the iphone (and probably other phones). Even HP sells them. Many of them use the actual HP calculator firmware ROM images so they perform just like the original machines.
You can get a free emulator for the TI-84 and then you use the free firmware from TI (as mentioned above) and you can use it on any computer. I still prefer the actual handheld unit however so it’s worth the $100 to me (I tried the emulator on my desktop first).
