Can I do a zener mod on a A17DD-L FET+1 to drive a 6V CREE MT-G2 Q0 on Noctigon MT-G25 and if yes how?

Yes, but it will mess up the LVP and mode-change timings. You will probably need to have the ability to reflash the driver so you can adjust the firmware values to run correctly
