I'm jealous of whoever wins. My cameras do video at a meager 640x480. :(

I think mr. mhanlen is the guy here.

Me?

LOL I wish...

+1 for mhanlen. I don't know his equipment, but the video reviews he does are never boring :-)

Is someone going to dob in Old Lumens as a candidate. He does tear down and mod videos so he might be interested.

O-L sounds good. There was also a guy that did a video about some cnc lathe work. He's probably not into reviewing flashlights, but damn, he could make watching grass grow sound interesting if he narrated.

I’ll second old lumens as well.

James Cameron

I just sent him a message, he’s not interested sorry.

TurboBB makes really good videos, and even takes a bunch out to lakes and stuff occasionally to show a comparison.

I can record it; but I´m sure you can find a professional locally (unless, of course, if you are asking to do it for free)

How come it is red when the color temperature says 5000K? Is this an IR light?

Would love to enter.

the vid is “private”. I think you need to mark it “unlisted” instead.

Whoops, sorry about that, fixed now!

No, but it comes with an optional red 630 nm filter. I suspect...

It makes some wierd false-color effects possible with video. Might be good for hunting and animal watching as well, using IR-vision.

I contacted Alice from Supbeam (known from K40L2 group buy) on April 21 about this flashlight, at that time K40M was under development, had only one picture on the Supbeam-s web site and was marked as “2000 lumens” light… exchanged about dozen or so emails, had an agreement about review sample when they become ready for distribution but then Alice went to maternity leave and that was it. :frowning:

I had done a lot of business with them, and sold a lot of lights for them, and they would not even think of sending me review samples of lights that they wanted to do group buys for, not even an at cost sample.
