Could some of you check if you have the same behavior with this article:
All I can do is “buy now” and pay for shipping. There is no “Add to Cart” option. This is the fact for most cheap Choice-articles which makes the whole “Free shipping at 9$+” worthless when you want multiple small PCBs for a project.
I haven’t seen this particular behavior. But I do notice that the system can’t seem to find my most recent order at all. Hoping they are just having problems that will be resolved soon!
I am in the US and was using the Browser for account access.
Still AE Support can’t help me.
They told me that this is a problem if you have 100+ items in your cart or if the product is nearly sold out.
I never had 100 Items in my cart and I have bought plenty of last items without a problem…
I tried one thing that worked - be on an item that doesn’t allow to be put in my cart, log out, then it allows and I put it in my cart, then I log back in and still have it in my cart.
Of course that’s not a real solution but a mere workaround, but at least it works.
