I like IF19 form factor and TRI but not so much the LED and the driver. There are reports on changing LED, usually to SFT40, but has anybody tried to change the driver? Is it even realistically feasible?

Changing to what? Sofirn- Wurrkos have T or even H shape modular double sided PCBs with integrated USB.
That’s my question. To a more efficient and better regulated one, should one exist.

I’ve thought about it but decided I didn’t care enough for the likely amount of work it would be. The trouble will be getting the switch to line up, and retaining the driver (stock one is glued, right?).
