The Lii-100 is known to deliver up to 1.3A before voltage tapering; it's a 1A output device, but you can insert a fresh cartridge in its power chamber in a blink. ;-)

With regards to the other device, looks decent so it'll likely also provide 1+A of output without issues, and although its battery life can't be insta-renewed it can be used to charge on the go more conveniently.
