Yep, too funny! Those are indeed the CHEAPEST headlights you can buy. I wouldn’t waste a single milliwatt through those emitters.[/quote

Why don’t you send one for a review? It will end all speculation and clear the matter up.
Until proven otherwise they are what they look like, and they look like cheapest headlamps possible with some poor output and quality.
Works OK, bottom line, it fulfills the basic function of providing hands free light under most situations. I’ve had it close to a year, and while I would like something better I have no pressing need to replace it, just advise others that it feels cheap and changing batteries is clumsy.
It has some nice features and the light output usually is “enough”. The red mode is very nice at night when you want to walk around without disturbing others. Button isn’t hard to use even with leather gloves on.
Weak points
Not as balanced as a battery pack in the rear design.
Falls off head if upside down or close to it due to single strap, rather than something that cups the curved rear of your head.
High setting could be brighter, when is this not always the case?
Best feature
For $6 shipped you should be able to figure out if you like using a headlamp or need one or a better one.
On this forum we have seen a lot of lights. Bought a lot of lights. We can see some things just from pictures.
The LEDs are cheap. Not as bright as we like.
Plastic instead of foam against the head.
Design should be better.
If you want to sell us products, they need to be good. You just waste your time if the product is not quality, we will not buy. Look around at what we buy and talk about.
