I already opened a dispute, because 43 days after payment and still not receiving the goods, I had to have some kind of insurance…. Though my order isn’t on the returned list…
I have a few orders from DX, also extremely delayed, and opened disputes also.
I also had an order via China Post. ordered sept 19, shipped sept 23. still nothing.
i emailed them to resend. let’s see what will happen
Yeah, I had that email too - fortunately I got my EL-01 yesterday. It’s same problem with Li-ion cells at the moment, shipping is uncertain with HK and China post in the run up to the Party Congress.
I’d a refund from efest for the cells (and they handled it pretty well). Pain though.

It’s like those Chinese are always on holidays!
Just remember it's going to get worse. Holidays are coming and it shouldn't be long before they are so swamped that nothing will ever get out till about March. Really, it's a nightmare after Novermber till about the middle of March. I ordered everything I could think of, for the fall modding season, in May - July so I would have the stuff here.
what is it with the congress? I also got a few parcels that take forever…
I corresponded with them just a week ago and they were saying an order to California, USA should take about 2-3 weeks. Will any order I place now be delayed by months? Should I select Hong Kong or China Post if there is a choice? I’m assuming Hong Kong post.
It’s my first order of Chinese folders.
It seems your dealer is not the only one complaining:
“China Post is like a Snail Mail this month.Totally Insane,they return many parcels.”
I ordered and selected China Post. They sent it Swiss Post anyway. Glad they did.
I’m beginning to worry about my order, moreso that I seem to be unable to track it with the tracking number. China mail’s site keeps giving me a 500 internal error while other EMS sites just say they can;t find the number…
