Hi all, ive ordered quite a bit from aliexpress and my items usually turn up quickly. However my current item (Convoy S21B) has been at UK customs for almost 7 days now when usually it’s only at customs for one or two days. Is this normal?

Next time this happens, please check if there is a Chinese national holiday to take into consideration. You might come across the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, September 29 to October 6, 2023. This might explain (part of) the delay.
About custom delays in your/my own country: nothing surprises me anymore. When I rapported something like that to PostNL they answered: a big seller rapports your parcel has arrived in the destination country, but it is somewhere in an air cargo container and has to be sorted out.

Well the tracking is showing arrived at customs 6 days ago and before that report it showed out for delivery, that can’t be possible. I think its likely lost. Usually my items only spend a day or two in customs.
