Interesting, especially for the battery capacity. Does it come with adapters for more standard battery sizes? What is the CCT?

Joining through rule 3:
I really like the way the light looks and the emitter is interesting as well. I’ve been curious about the round die emitters for a while now, never had a good opportunity to try one.
Wish it had shorter tubes available, so one could use more standard cells if needed (at least 26800, but best 26650), especially as 6000mAh isn’t that impressive, though with 25A discharge it starts looking a bit better
Not having a Facebook account I’ll go with option 3. The 26980 battery isn’t all that common and I’d prefer that the light came in a 21700 format.
Yeah… it seems like there are quite a few folks on BLF that do not have Facebook accounts… 
Hopefully those people that do, will not have an advantage.

My thoughts about the light. It looks quite nice, but it would be good to list the specific LED that is used.
The 26980 cell is not common. In looking, I don’t find much offered. Those that are out there are no-name cells from obscure vendors…and expensive. SO maybe consider a different cell. It is hard for me to buy a light, even with an included cell, that I won’t be able to find a replacement for when required.
The UI looks good. Nice and simple. I am not sure what you mean by “Efficient direct drive” . A linear unregulated driver? Everyone around here seems to say they demand regulated drivers. SO maybe consider that.

The new flashlight looks loooooong. Maybe in the photos looks longer than un real life.
The battery type is not common…
Astrolux brand is known for its quality and performance, so I have no doubts about that.
The throw is very good and the light output too.
The Green color is a bit boring.
Thankfully it includes the battery.

When it’s dark or black out and I am looking for my light in a dark bag it is much easier to find.

- I was already following the Astrolux Facebook page.
- The FT05 looks really interesting, especially the type of (new) LED that is used; it really looks like a SFT-40 or SFT-70 (from Luminus), but with a round ‘light emitting surface’! I’m really curious how that will look in real life!
And in regards to the Astrolux brand as a whole: I think Astrolux (in general) offers a good value for money and some high (initial) lumens numbers, due to the (direct) drivers and LED choices.
Glad to see there are still new Astrolux models being released, after a “silent period” with very few new releases.
If the GAW is still open, I would like to comment that the first Astrolux flashlights Banggood has released looked a lot like if they were made in ******fire sweatshops. That has changed dramatically … for the better. Some of the recent lights are even quite good.
I have been buying Astrolux for some time now. I always felt the comapany is very innovative and quality above average.
The OP said until 12/28/2023. But I haven’t seen a drawing or results…
