I finally got the tailcap of this a25r apart and I wanted to see if someone better with electronics would be able to tell me if theres a sense resistor on this board? It has 2 modes. High and low. The driver in the tailcap basically only switches the ground output between 2 channels. One channel goes straight through to the emitter, and the other has a resistor in the pill just under the emitter. I modded the business end with 3 epistar 3w led’s and I wanted to make high mode direct drive basically. the battery pack has a single 18650 with a protection circuit and a charging circuit on it. The driver board also has a charging circuit on it. Thats why I would like to just mod the existing driver so I can keep the on board charging without having to pull the battery all the time. Any ideas?
