Banggood has had it for a few months now.
Bought one from “Banged goods” few months ago thinking I could use the adapter for my TR-J18 but unfortunately it’s not compatible 
the stock beam is so-so but easily modable with resistor mod, gives out OK hotspot, the usual 5 next memory mode
always start with HIGH-MID-LOW-STROBE-SOS
but don’t bother to use it as a Bike light… the adapter that came with it doesn’t work |(
it can use a 26650 battery but will be very, very tight fit I had to use a plier to pull it out 
for me, it certainly doesn’t worth the price…
