If only it didn’t have that damn built in charger. So many budget lights are coming out with that and it is terrible. I would never use it, let alone trust it. And it just makes for more problems and fail spots for water proofing. Just a waste of a potential winner.
I’ve mailed them asking for a review sample. I wonder if they’ll be willing to put their light under some scrutiny.
If they do send one, I’ll put it through it’s paces against the A60.

It’s not a built-in charger. It comes with a charger, which is separate.
You don’t even have to use their battery, though it comes with one, which makes this an outstanding deal, if the battery and charger are halfway decent. Though, the cell looks unprotected, and I don’t have much confidence in those types of chargers. I got a similar (not exact) charger with an Ebay headlamp, and it charges unprotected cells to 4.30 volts (bad, but a potential happy mistake if I’ll ever be interested in the higher-voltage Sanyo cells). The battery is not permanently mounted in the light, which is nice, because the user can choose (I had a headlamp where the included, unprotected cell was soldered in).
The battery and charger also make it WAY cheaper and easier to give this as a gift to a newb. You could use your own (better) charger, but the person you’d likely give this to as a gift, may very well appreciate or prefer the 1-step simplicity of just plugging in the charger. If you provided a protected cell and kept the included one for yourself, there is less concern of overcharging. The only downsides I see are that, yes, the light will have a hole for a charging port, usually filled by a rubble nipple (shown in pic), and that technically, you are paying for extra stuff you may not want. But the light is so cheap, I’m not sure how they’re providing all that at the price.
Is this a legit site? The 2 reviews look a little questionable (no specifics about the light itself).
Noticed this early and am awaiting Spasmod's review sample (hoping for it anyway). Seems decent.

Why does everybody hate built-in chargers? Even expensive lights can have them. I’ve yet to hear of even one harrowing tale of these becoming bombs.
To me they seem like a weak point for water entry first of all. They make the light bigger than it needs to be. Just another thing to fail or go wrong.
